 Chocolate Mint
* My Favorite Chocolate Recipe *

"Thin Mint" or "York Peppermint Patty"

This one can curb a lot of cravings. Especially when Girl Scout Cookie time comes around. I love thin mints and this can help me from wanting to eat a whole box. This can also curb a candy craving if you like York Peppermint Patties. It is super easy too! No blender needed!

8 oz Unsweetend Almond Milk

1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1 or 2 drops mint extract

Shake it all up and enjoy!!
